I am experienced in the management of patients with many different heart conditions, with my main area of expertise being heart failure. I am also trained in cardiac imaging, especially cardiac MRI (also called CMR scans) and nuclear scans (PET/CT and SPECT). My research interest in cardiometabolic disease means that I am particularly focussed on patients with heart failure who also suffer with diabetes, obesity, iron deficiency, high blood pressure and kidney disease.
